We are excited to announce the return of Althea Bread to the Charlottesville City Market! We are a small bakery specializing in sourdough bread made with local and specialty grains that we mill in-house on a small stone mill. Our grains, flours and seeds are all organic or naturally grown. Our bread is fermented for 24 hours from mix to bake to unlock nutrition and maximize flavor.
